Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MySEO (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is placeholder legal copy and should be reviewed by your own legal counsel before you rely on it.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. By starting a paid plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

• Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features until the balance is settled.

3. Free vs Paid Tiers

The Service offers a free tier and one or more paid tiers. The free tier includes a limited set of features and usage allowances and may change over time. Paid tiers unlock additional features, higher limits, and priority support as described on the Pricing page. Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not:

• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Data and API Usage Limits

Each plan includes defined limits on tracked sites, keywords, reports, and, where offered, API requests. Automated or programmatic access must stay within your plan's documented rate limits. We may throttle, suspend, or require an upgrade if your usage materially exceeds your plan's allowances or degrades the Service for others.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep paid access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, or business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
