4: VIEW AND AGREE TO YOUR AGREEMENT
Once both parties agree on the terms, you’ll receive clear instructions to view and electronically sign your agreement. Our priority is simplicity and security to ensure your convenience and safety.
5: MAKE YOUR PAYMENT

How for member operation work
We’ve got three options to transform your unused points into money:
Unused points conversion
As a member, you have three options to convert your unused points into cash. The first option is to list your reservation as an “Existing Reservation” on your profile page. Potential renters can make offers on the listing displayed on our Listings page.
Responding to renter offers
When you receive an offer, you can choose to accept, counter with a different price, or decline the offer within the specified time frame.
Viewing and signing agreement
If you accept the conditions, you will receive instructions on how to view and electronically sign the agreement. The renter’s payment will be handled by DVC Rental Club. Once the agreement is signed, the funds will be released to you on the check-in day.
Fulfilling Customer requests
Alternatively, you can fulfil a customer request by browsing the appropriate requests on the Listings page. If you can fulfil the request, respond to the renter within the given time frame with the details and price per point you are willing to accept.
Respond to the renter
Reply to the renter within the specified time frame, informing them if you can fulfill their request and providing the price per point. If the renter agrees to the terms, you will receive instructions to view and electronically sign the agreement. The renter’s payment will be handled by DVC Rental Club. Once the agreement is signed, the funds will be released to you on the check-in day.
Transfer points
To conveniently transfer your current use-year points to another member, go to your profile page and click on “Create a listing.” Select the option to transfer points and specify the number of points you’re willing to transfer. Interested members can then submit their offers on your listing.
Respond to Your Offer
When you receive an offer, you have the choice to accept, counter with a different price, or decline the offer. We will notify you via email, and you can proceed accordingly.
Viewing and signing agreement
If you reach an agreement on the terms, you’ll receive instructions to view and electronically sign the agreement. It’s important to note that the receiving member will submit their payment to DVC Rental Club. Once confirmation of funds received is obtained, the points will be transferred accordingly.
The disbursement of funds
On the day of check-in, we will release the funds to the member, ensuring a smooth disbursement process.
