2. SUBMIT A QUOTE: If you spot an already-booked reservation meets your requirements, send your proposal, and the member will contact you in 24 hours. Prepare yourself for a quick and effective negotiation!

3. WAIT FOR THE MEMBER TO RESPOND: We’ll update you throughout the process when the member responds, so you are well-informed and make educated decisions.

4. VIEW AND SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT: When both parties have agreed on the terms of the agreement, you’ll receive explicit instructions on how to review and e-sign the agreement. It’s a straightforward and secure procedure that puts the first step towards a dream holiday.

5. MAKE YOUR PAYMENT: After you’ve signed your agreement electronically, you’ll be taken on the page for payment. Select the payment method you prefer and make your payment ease. The dream trip you’ve always wanted is fully booked!

6. DISBURSEMENT FUND: On the day of check-in We take care of paying the tenant. It’s a seamless process that makes sure each party is protected during the rental process.

How it work for members

There are three ways to convert your points into cash

View and sign your contract

Rent your existing Reservation to a different family. If you are able to cancel without penalty, this could be a viable alternative. In your account page choose to the option to create a new listing and then select an existing reservation. Your listing will appear on our Listings page, allowing prospective renters to submit an offer.

Wait for a renter to make you an offer

We will contact you when you receive an offer. You will be given a certain time frame to respond to the offer using one of three options:

You must accept the invitation.
You can counter the offer by offering another price.
Declining The Offer conclude this process.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you accept the terms of your agreement, you will be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. Be aware that the renter must make their payment to DVC Rental Club.

Disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in we’ll pay the member the money.

Custom request

Our most requested choice is to claim a Custom-Request. Go to our Listings page to make a claim on a request submitted by an entire family and then reserve their vacation. Check if the reservation is more than 7 months from the date and you are the owner of the Home Resort.

Respond to the renter

Answer the renter’s request before the allotted time runs out (1 one hour). Let them know whether you were able to meet their request, or give them the number of points you’re able to reserve and the amount of dollars per point you’re willing to pay.
If you weren’t able to make a reservation or provide a suitable reservation or a suitable reservation, you may communicate this to the renter, or let the timer expire to end the claim.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms of your agreement, you will be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. The renter must make their payment to DVC Rental Club.

Disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.

Transfer points

A simple alternative is to transfer a portion (or all) of your usage year points to a different member.

In your account page choose to create a listing, and then select transfer points. Fill in the amount of points you would like to transfer. The members who are interested can send proposals.

Respond to your offer

We will notify you when we have been offered a deal. The options are:

Take the deal.
Opt-out of the deal with another price.
Declining The Offer close this process.

Review and sign your contract

If you accept the terms, you’ll be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. The member who is receiving the payment will make their payment to DVC Rental Club.

Transfer of points

After confirmation of the funds received the points are transferred.

Disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.
