How it works for members

As a DVC member, you have three options to convert your unused points into cash:
Renting out and existing Reservation
If you have a reservation that you can’t use and there’s time to cancel without penalties, list it on our platform. Interested renters can view your offer and make an offer. You can accept, counter, or decline offers. If you accept, you’ll sign the agreement, and the renter will pay the DVC Rental Club. On the check-in day, you’ll receive the funds.
Fulfilling a customer request: Customer can submit travel requests on our platform
If you have the appropriate Home Resort ownership, you can accept a request and plan the trip for the family. Respond within the specified time, confirming availability and price per point. If an agreement is reached, you’ll sign the agreement, and the renter will pay the DVC Rental Club. On the check-in day, you’ll receive the funds.
Transferring points
You can transfer some or all of your current use-year points to another member. Create a listing, specify the points to transfer, and interested members can make offers. You can accept, counter, or decline offers. If an agreement is reached, you’ll sign the agreement, and the receiving member will pay the DVC Rental Club. After confirming the funds, the points will be transferred, and on the check-in day, you’ll receive the funds.
