1. SELECTION THE TYPE OF RESERVATION YOU WANT TO MAKE: Select from our options, which include Existing Reservations which allows you to purchase a reservation through an existing member and benefit from potential price reductions.

2. SUBMIT A QUOTE: If you can find an already-booked reservation meets your needs, make a request, and the participant will contact you in 24 hours. Be prepared for a fast and effective negotiation!

3. LET THE MEMBER TO RESPOND: We’ll keep you informed throughout the process as the participant responds, making sure you remain in the loop and are able to make informed decisions.

4. VIEW AND SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT: When both parties have agreed on the terms, you’ll be given specific instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. It’s an easy and secure procedure that puts your one step closer that dream holiday.

5. MAKE YOUR PAYMENT: After you’ve signed the agreement electronically, you’ll be directed onto the pay page. Choose the method of payment you prefer and make your payment ease. You can book your dream holiday legally reserved!

How it work for members

We’ve got three options to convert your points into cash

View and sign your agreement

Rent your existing Reservation to a different family. If you’re able to end your reservation without penalty, this could be an alternative. In your account page choose to Create a new listing, select an existing reservation. Your listing will be added to our Listings page, allowing prospective renters to submit an offer.

Wait for a renter to make you an offer

We will contact you when you’ve received an offer. You will be given a certain amount of time to reply by choosing one of three choices:

Take the deal.
Opt-out of the deal with another price.
Declining The Offer close that process.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you accept the terms, you’ll be provided with instructions on how to review and electronically sign your agreement. Be aware that the renter must pay DVC Rental Club.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.

Custom request

Our most requested choice is to claim a Custom-Request. Check out our Listings page to make a claim on a request submitted by an entire family and then reserve their trip. Be sure that if the booking is longer than 7 months away that you have the correct Home Resort.

Respond to the renter

Answer the renter’s request before the time allotted to them ends (1 1 hour). Inform them whether you were able to fulfill the renter’s request, or give them the amount you are able to book and the amount of dollars per point you’re willing to take.
If you are unable to make a reservation or make the reservation then you can either communicate that to the renter, or allow the timer to expire on the claim.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms of your agreement, you will be given instructions on how to read and sign electronically your agreement. Be aware that the renter must make their payment to DVC Rental Club.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in we’ll pay the member the money.

Transfer points

A simple alternative is to transfer a portion or even all your usage year points to another member.

Your profile’s page is where you click to create a listing, and then select transfer points. Fill in the amount of points you’d like to transfer. Members who are interested will make proposals.

Respond to your offer

We will notify you when we have been notified of an offer. You have a choice:

Take the deal.
You can counter the offer by offering the price of a different.
Declining The Offer conclude that process.

Check and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms, you’ll be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. The member who is receiving the payment is required to pay DVC Rental Club.

Transfer of points

Once funds are received the point will then be transferred.

Disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.
