How it work for DVC members

We’ve got three options to turn your points that are not being used into dollars!

Review and sign your agreement

Rent your existing Reservation to a different family. If you’re able to cancel without penalty This is an alternative. In your account page click Create a new listing, select an existing reservation. Your listing will appear on our Listings page to allow prospective renters to submit an offer.

Wait for a renter to make you an offer

We will notify you by email if you’ve been offered a deal. You will have a short period of time to answer to the offer using one of three options:

Take the deal.
You can counter the offer by offering an alternative price.
Rejecting the Offer will close that process.

Review and sign your agreement

If you accept the terms, you’ll be provided with instructions on how to review and electronically sign your agreement. Remember that the renter has to make their payment to DVC Rental Club.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in we’ll transfer the funds to the member.

Custom request

Our most requested options are to claim an individual request. Go to our Listings page to submit a request from an entire family and then make a reservation for their trip. Check if the reservation is more than 7 months from the date and you are the owner of the Home Resort.

Respond to the renter

Answer the renter’s request before the time limit expires (1 one hour). Make sure you inform them that you were able finish their request, or to provide the amount you are able to book as well as the amount per point you’re willing to pay.

If you are unable to reserve a room or make the reservation or a suitable reservation, you may communicate this to the renter, or allow the timer to expire on the claim.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms of your agreement, you will be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. Be aware that the renter will make their payment to DVC Rental Club.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in we’ll transfer the funds to the member.

Transfer points

One alternative is to transfer a portion (or all) of your points of use to another member.

In your account page click the option to create a listing and select transfer points. Fill in the amount of points you would like to transfer. Members who are interested will make requests.

Respond to your offer

We’ll notify you when you’ve been offered a deal. You’ll then have three choices to reply:

Take the deal.
You can counter the offer by offering an alternative price.
Declining The Offer close this process.

Review and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms of your agreement, you will be provided with instructions to review and sign electronically your agreement. Be aware that the member who signed the agreement will make their payment to DVC Rental Club.

Transfer of points

Once funds are received and confirmed, point will then be transferred.

Disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in we’ll transfer the funds to the member.
