1. SELECT THE TYPE OF RESERVATION YOU WANT TO MAKE: Choose from the available choices, including existing Reservations, where you can purchase a reservation through a member and take advantage of price reductions.

2. SUBMIT YOUR OFFER: If you find an existing reservation that matches your needs, submit your offer, and the member will reply within 24 hours. Prepare for a speedy and efficient negotiation process!

3. WAIT FOR THE MEMBER TO RESPOND: We’ll keep you up to date every step of the way as the member replies, ensuring you stay informed and can make informed decisions.

4. VIEW AND SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT: When both parties have agreed on the terms, you’ll be given specific instructions on how to read and sign electronically your agreement. It’s an easy and secure procedure that puts an extra step toward a dream holiday.

5. MAKE YOUR PAYMENT: Once you’ve e-signed your agreement after which you’ll be redirected to the payment page. Choose the method of payment you prefer and then submit your payment with ease. It’s your time to dream about vacation officially reserved!

How does it work for members

There are three ways to make your points you don’t use into cash

View and sign your agreement

Rent your current Reservation to another family. If you have time to cancel your reservation with no penalty, this may be a viable alternative. On your profile page, select the option to create a new listing and then select Existing Reservation. Your listing will be displayed on our Listings page, allowing potential renters who will make an offer.

Wait for a renter to make you an offer

We will notify you by email if you’ve received an offer. You will have a short amount of time to respond with one of three options:

I accept this offer.
You can counter the offer by offering a different price.
Rejecting the Offer will conclude the procedure.

Read and sign your agreement

If you decide to accept the terms, you’ll receive instructions to review and e-sign your agreement. The renter must make their payment to the DVC Rental Club.

Payment of funds

On the day when check-in is completed, we transfer the funds to the member.

Custom request

Our most popular option is to make a Custom Request. Check out our Listings page to claim a request made by an entire family and then reserve their vacation. Check if the reservation is more than 7 years away that you have the correct Home Resort.

Respond to the renter

Make contact with the renter before the time limit expires (1 one hour). Inform them if you were successful in fulfilling their request. You can also provide the number of points you’re able to reserve and the amount of dollars per point you are willing to accept.
If you could not reserve a room or make the required reservations or a suitable reservation, you may communicate this to the renter, or let the timer expire to end the claim.

View and sign your agreement

If you decide to accept the terms, you’ll be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign the agreement. The renter must send their payment to DVC Rental Club.

Disbursement of funds

On the day when check-in is completed, we release the funds to the member.

Transfer points

A quick and easy solution is to transfer a portion, or the entire amount of use-year points to a different member.

The profile of your page makes a listing and then transfer points. Populate with the number of points you’d like to transfer out. The members who are interested can submit offers.

Respond to Your Offer

We will send you an email once we have received an offer. There are three options available to you:

Accept the offer.
You can counter the offer by offering a different price.
Declining The Offer close this process.

Review and sign your agreement

If you decide to accept the terms of your agreement, you will be provided with instructions on how to read and sign electronically your agreement. Be aware that the member who signed the agreement is required to pay the DVC Rental Club.

Transfer of points

Upon confirmation funds received and confirmed, points are transferred.

Payment of funds

On the day when check-in is completed, we transfer the funds to the member.

Funds Held Until Check-In Day: Hold funds until the check-in day as part of their reservation policy. It serves as a refund for any additional costs or fees paid by the visitor while they are staying. Depending on the length of the stay and the kind of room, a different amount of money may be held.

Resort Details: Offers deluxe studios and spacious villas designed to accommodate families. Provide guests with access to multiple amenities and activities. Enjoy stunning ocean views, various pools and water slides. Provides a Disney magic and Hawaiian culture along with adventures.
