The way it work for members

You have three options for turning your unused points into cash.

View and sign your agreement

One choice you may think about is renting out your reservation to another family if you have one that you can’t use and there’s still time to cancel without incurring fees. Go to your profile page and choose the option to create a new listing from there to do this. Select “Existing Reservation” as the listing type and your offer will be made visible for tenants to view on our Listings page.

Await a renter to approach you with an offer

As soon as an offer is made, we’ll send you an email. You only have a short time to react with one of the following choices:

Accept the offer
Counter it with a lower price.
Declining The Deal This will put a stop to the procedure.

Review out and sign your contract

You will be provided information on how to examine and electronically sign your contract after agreeing to the terms. Please be aware that DVC Rental Club will be paid by the tenant.

Distribution of funds

We will disburse the monies to the member on the day of check-in.

Personal request

If you are making a reservation more than seven months in advance, please be sure you have the correct Home Resort ownership. Once a suitable request has been found, you may accept it and continue to prepare the vacation for the concerned family.

Reply to the renters

Respond to the renter before the allotted time of one hour (1 hour). Let them know if you were able to accommodate their request or what you can book, as well as the price per point you are willing to take.

The timeframe on the claim might expire, or you can inform the renter that you were unable to arrange a reservation or give an appropriate one.

See the contract and sign it

Transfer of funds

We will provide the member access to the money on the day of check-in.

Change points

Transferring some or all of your current use-year points to another member is a practical option.
