How members can use it
There are three methods to turn your unused points into cash.
See your agreement and sign it
Renting out your reservation to another family is an option to think about if you have a reservation that you can’t use and there is still time to cancel without incurring fees. You may do this by visiting your profile page and choosing the option to add a new listing. Selecting “Existing Reservation” as the listing type will allow tenants to see your offer on our Listings page and submit their offers.
Await a renter to approach you with an offer
When an offer is made, we’ll email you about it. There is a short window of time for you to react with one of the following choices:

Declining a proposal will put a stop to the procedure.
See your agreement and sign it
If you agree to the terms, you will be provided with information on how to see and electronically sign your contract. The renter’s money will be given to DVC Rental Club, kindly take note.
Disbursement of funds
We’ll give the member their money on check-in day.
Personal command
Meeting a client request is the most frequent option we offer. On our Listings page, you can see an inquiry from a family looking to organize travel. If the reservation is more than seven months away, kindly confirm that you have the correct Home Resort ownership. You can accept a suitable request after you’ve found one and then continue to prepare the vacation for the worried family.
Addressing the Tenant
React to the renter before the allotted time of one hour has gone. Give them an update on your ability to handle their request or what you can book, along with the price per point you are willing to take.
View and sign your agreement
You will receive instructions if you agree to the terms. Please note that the renter will submit their payment to the DVC Rental Club.
When it’s check-in day, we will release the funds to the member. This ensures a smooth transfer of funds.
Transfer points
If you choose to transfer your points to another member, you can do so conveniently. Go to your profile page, click on “Create a listing,” and select the option to transfer points. Specify the number of points you want to transfer. Once your listing is ready, interested members can submit their offers.
When you receive an offer, we will email you. You can choose to accept the offer, counter with a different price, or decline the offer, which will end the process.
If an agreement is reached, you will be provided with instructions to view and electronically sign your agreement. It’s important to note that the receiving member will submit their payment to the DVC Rental Club.
Once we confirm the receipt of funds, the points will be transferred accordingly.
On the day of check-in, we will release the funds to the member.
