The process is used for renters

1. SELECT THE TYPE OF RESERVATION YOU WANT TO MAKE: Select from our options, which include Existing Reservations in which you can buy a reservation directly from members and receive price reductions.

2. SUBMIT YOUR OFFER: If you locate an existing booking that is suitable for the requirements of your group, then submit your request, and the participant will contact you within 24 hours. Prepare yourself for a quick and effective negotiation!

3. WAIT FOR THE MEMBER TO RESPOND: We’ll keep you informed each step of the way as the member replies by making sure you’re aware and make educated decisions.

4. VIEW AND SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT: After both parties have reached an agreement on the terms, you’ll be given clear instructions to view and e-sign your agreement. It’s a straightforward and safe process that will bring the first step towards your dream holiday.

5. MAKE YOUR PAYMENT: After e-signing your agreement, you’ll be directed into the checkout page. Select the payment method you prefer and pay with ease. Your dream vacation is now legally reserved!

6. DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS: On check-in day, we manage paying the guest. It’s a smooth process which ensures that both parties are secure during the rental process.

How does it work for members

There are three ways to transform your unused points into money

Submit and view your agreement

Rent your current Reservation to another family. If you have time to cancel your reservation with no penalty, this may be a viable alternative. On your profile page, select the option to create a new listing and then select Existing Reservation. Your listing will be displayed on our Listings page, allowing potential renters who will make an offer.

Wait for a renter to make you an offer

We will email when you’ve been offered a deal. You have a limited amount of time to choose one of three choices:

Take the deal.
Opt-out of the deal with a different price.
Rejecting the Offer will close the process.

Review and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms, you’ll receive instructions to review and electronically sign your agreement. Note, the renter will submit their payment to the DVC Rental Club.

Disbursement of funds

On the day when check-in is completed, we give the money to the member.

Custom request

The most requested option is to claim a Custom-Request. Go to our Listings page to submit a request from a family and plan their trip. Check if the reservation is more than 7 months from the date that you have the correct Home Resort.

Respond to the renter

Respond to the renter before the time allotted to them expires (1 one hour). Contact them if you are able to complete their request, or with what you’re able book, as well as the dollar amount per point you are willing to pay.
If you could not book a reservation or provide a valid reservation then you can either communicate this to the renter, or let the timer expire to end the claim.

View and sign your agreement

If you decide to accept the terms, you will receive instructions to review and electronically sign the agreement. Note, the renter will send their payment to DVC Rental Club.

Disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in we’ll pay the member the money.

Transfer points

An easy option is to transfer a portion or even all your use year points to another member.

The profile of your page, click the option to create a listing. Select transfer points. Populate with the number of points you would like to transfer. Interested members will submit suggestions.

Respond to Your Offer

We will contact you once we have been offered a deal. The options are:

Accept the offer.
Opt-out of the deal with a different price.
Declining The Offer: This will close this process.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you decide to accept the terms, then you’ll receive instructions to view and sign electronically your agreement. The member who is receiving the payment is required to pay DVC Rental Club.

Transfer of points

After confirmation of the funds received and confirmed, points will be transferred.

Disbursement of funds

On check-in day we will pay the member the money.

Funds Held Until Check-In Day: Hold funds until the check-in day as part of their reservation policy. It serves as a refund for any additional costs or fees paid by the visitor while they are staying. Depending on the length of the stay and the kind of room, a different amount of money may be held.

Resort Details: Offers deluxe studios and spacious villas designed to accommodate families. Provide guests with access to multiple amenities and activities. Enjoy stunning ocean views, various pools and water slides. Provides a Disney magic and Hawaiian culture along with adventures.
