3. WAIT FOR THE MEMBER TO RESPOND: We’ll update you each step of the way as the participant responds, making sure you remain in the loop and are able to make informed decisions.

4. VIEW AND SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT: After both parties have reached an agreement on the terms of the agreement, you’ll receive explicit instructions on how to review and e-sign the agreement. It’s an easy and secure procedure that takes the first step towards a dream holiday.

What it work for members

We’ve got three options to convert your points into cash

View and sign your contract

Rent your current Reservation to a different family. If you’re able to cancel without penalty it could be an alternative. Your profile on the page will allow you to click the option to create a new listing and then select an existing reservation. Your listing will be added to our Listings page, allowing prospective renters to submit an offer.

Wait for a renter to make you an offer

We will notify you by email when we receive an offer. You will have a short time frame to respond to the offer using one of three options:

Take the deal.
You can counter the offer by offering an alternative price.
Declining The Offer conclude that process.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms of your agreement, you will be provided with instructions on how to review and electronically sign your agreement. The renter must make their payment to DVC Rental Club.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in we’ll transfer the funds to the member.

Custom request

The most requested option is to make a Custom Request. Go to our Listings page to submit a request from an entire family and then make a reservation for their trip. Check if the reservation is more than 7 months from the date that you have the correct Home Resort.

Respond to the renter

Answer the renter’s request before the time limit expires (1 one hour). Inform them whether you were able to fulfill the request, or provide the number of points you’re able to reserve as well as the dollar amount per point you’re willing to pay.
If you are unable to reserve a room or provide a suitable reservation or a suitable reservation, you may communicate this to the renter, or allow the timer to expire on the claim.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms, you’ll be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. The renter must make their payment to DVC Rental Club.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.

Transfer points

One alternative is to transfer some or even all your usage year points to a different member.

In your account page choose to create a listing, and then select transfer points. Select the number of points you would like to transfer. The members who are interested can make proposals.

Respond to your offer

We will contact you once we have been offered a deal. The options are:

Take the deal.
Opt-out of the deal with another price.
Rejecting the Offer conclude that process.

Review and sign your contract

If you accept the terms of your agreement, you will receive instructions to review and sign electronically your agreement. Be aware that the member who signed the agreement is required to pay DVC Rental Club.

Transfer of points

After confirmation of the funds received and confirmed, points are transferred.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will pay the member the money.

Depending on the length of the stay and the kind of lodging, different amounts of money may be retained.
