Renting your points unused with us is a smart choice.

How do we do it? Simple! You have complete control. You decide the price, and you can choose the travel dates. Waiting for someone to set the terms is no longer an option. You decide the terms, ensuring that you maximize your points to their maximum potential.

How renters can benefit from the process

1. SELECTION THE TYPE OF RESERVATION: Select from the options available, such as Existing Reservations. Here you can buy a reservation directly from a member, and possibly enjoy a price reduction.

2. SUBMIT A QOUTE: Submit your offer to the member if there is a current reservation that suits your needs. They will respond in 24 hours. Be prepared for a quick and efficient process of negotiation!

3. WAIT FOR A MEMBER’S RESPOND: We will keep you informed at every stage of the process as the member replies, ensuring that you are informed and can take informed decisions.

4. VIEW AND SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT: After both parties have agreed to the terms, you will receive clear instructions for viewing and e-signing your agreement. You’re one step closer towards your magical trip with this simple and secure procedure.

5. MAKE YOUR PAYMENT: After signing your agreement electronically, you will be directed directly to the payment page. You can choose your preferred payment option and make your payment easily. You have now reserved your dream vacation!

6. DISBURSEMENT FUND: On the check-in date, we release the funds to our members. The transition is seamless, ensuring that both parties remain protected throughout the rental.

What it does for members

You can turn unused points in to money using three different methods

View and sign your agreement

Rent your Existing Reservation out to another Family. This option is good if you can cancel your reservation without penalty and have enough time. Choose Create New Listing from your profile and then Existing Reservation. Your listing will appear on our Listings Page for renters to submit an offer.

Wait for a renter to make you an offer

When you receive an offer, we will send you an email. You have limited time to respond.

Accept this offer
You can counter the offer by offering a price that is different.
Accepting The Offer This will complete the process.

View and sign your agreement

You will receive instructions for viewing and signing your agreement electronically if you agree with the terms. Please note that the renter must submit payment directly to DVC Rental Club.

Disbursement

The member will receive the funds on check-in.

Custom request

Claim a Custom request is our most popular option. Claim a custom request from a family on our Listings page to book their vacation. You must own the correct Home Resort if you are making a reservation more than seven months in advance.

Renter’s response

The renter must be contacted before the allocated time (1 hour) has expired. Inform the renter if they were able complete their request. If not, let them know what you can do and how much you are willing accept for each point.
If you have not been able to make a reservation, or if the rental company has not made a reservation suitable for the property you rent, you may let the claim timer expire.

View and sign your contract

You will receive instructions for viewing and signing your agreement electronically if you agree with the terms. Please note that the renter must submit payment directly to DVC Rental Club.

Disbursement

The member will receive the funds on check-in.

Transfer points

You can easily transfer your points from one member to another.

Choose Create a Listing, then select Transfer points. Enter the number points you wish to transfer. Members who are interested will submit an offer.

Please respond to Your Offer

When you receive an offer, we will send you an email. Your options:

Accept the offer
You can counter the offer with another price.
If you decline the offer, this will stop the process.

View and sign your agreement

You will receive an email with instructions to view your agreement and esign it. The member receiving the payment will send it to DVC Rental Club.

Transfer of points

After confirmation that funds have been received, the points will be converted.

Disbursement

The member will receive the funds at the time of check-in.
