2. SUBMIT A QUOTE: If you spot an already-booked reservation matches your needs, make a request and the participant will reply with you within 24 hours. Prepare yourself for a quick and effective negotiation!

3. WAIT FOR THE MEMBER TO RESPOND: We’ll update you throughout the process as the participant responds, making sure you remain in the loop and are able to make informed decisions.

4. VIEW AND SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT: When both parties have agreed on the terms, you’ll be given explicit instructions on how to review and electronically sign your agreement. It’s a straightforward and secure procedure that takes the first step towards that dream holiday.

5. MAKE YOUR PAYMENT: After you’ve signed your agreement electronically, you’ll then be taken onto the pay page. Choose the method of payment you prefer and then submit your payment with ease. The dream trip you’ve always wanted is fully booked!

What it work for members

We’ve got three options to convert your points into cash

Review and sign your contract

Rent your current Reservation to a different family. If you’re able to end your reservation without penalty it could be a viable alternative. Your profile on the page will allow you to choose to Create a new listing, select an existing reservation. Your listing will appear on our Listings page, allowing prospective renters to submit an offer.

Wait for a renter to make you an offer

We will notify you by email when we have been offered a deal. You will have a short time frame to respond by choosing one of three choices:

Take the deal.
Opt-out of the deal with an alternative price.
Rejecting the Offer will close this process.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms, you’ll be given instructions on how to read and sign electronically your agreement. The renter must make their payment to DVC Rental Club.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will pay the member the money.

Custom request

The most requested option is to claim a Custom-Request. Go to our Listings page to submit a request from an entire family and then reserve their vacation. Be sure that if the booking is longer than 7 months away and you are the owner of the Home Resort.

Respond to the renter

Answer the renter’s request before the allotted time runs out (1 1 hour). Inform them whether you were able to fulfill their request, or give them the amount you are able to book and the amount of dollars per point you’re willing to take.
If you are unable to reserve a room or make a reservation that is suitable or a suitable reservation, you may communicate this to the renter, or allow the timer to expire on the claim.

Review and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms of your agreement, you will be given instructions on how to read and sign electronically your agreement. Be aware that the renter must make their payment to DVC Rental Club.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in we’ll transfer the funds to the member.

Transfer points

One alternative is to transfer a portion (or all) of your usage year points to a different member.

Your profile’s page is where you choose the option to create a listing. Select transfer points. Fill in the amount of points you would like to transfer. The members who are interested can make requests.

Respond to your offer

We will contact you once we have been offered a deal. The options are:

You must accept the invitation.
You can counter the offer by offering another price.
Declining the Offer conclude that process.

Review and sign your contract

If you are in agreement with the terms of your agreement, you will be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. The member who is receiving the payment is required to pay DVC Rental Club.

Transfer of points

Once funds are received and confirmed, point will then be transferred.

Disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.
