How members can use it

There are three methods to turn your unused points into cash.

See your agreement and sign it

Renting out your reservation to another family is an option to think about if you have a reservation that you can’t use and there is still time to cancel without incurring fees. You may do this by visiting your profile page and choosing the option to add a new listing. Selecting “Existing Reservation” as the listing type will allow tenants to see your offer on our Listings page and submit their offers.

Wait for the renters to approach you with an offer

When an offer is made, we’ll send you an email. You have a constrained amount of time to answer with one of the following three possibilities:

Accept the offer
Counter it with a different price.
Declining The Proposal View and sign your contract

You will be provided information on how to examine and electronically sign your contract if you agree to the terms. Please note that DVC Rental Club will receive the renter’s money.

Payment on money

We will release the money to the member on the day of check-in.

Customer query

Meeting a client request is the most frequent option we offer. On our Listings page, you can see an inquiry from a family looking to organize travel. If the reservation is more than seven months away, kindly confirm that you have the correct Home Resort ownership. You can accept a suitable request after you’ve found one and then continue to prepare the vacation for the worried family.

Addressing the tenant

React to the renter before the allotted time of one hour has gone. Give them an update on your ability to handle their request or what you can book, along with the price per point you are willing to take. The timeframe on the claim might expire, or you can inform the renter that you were unable to arrange a reservation or give an appropriate one.

See the contract and sign it

You will be given information on how to examine and electronically sign your agreement should you accept its conditions. The DVC Rental Club will receive the renter’s money, please note.

Paymeny of funds

We will provide the member access to the money on the day of check-in.

Transfer centres

You can transfer part or all of your existing use-year points to another member, which is a practical option. To get started, go to your profile page and select “Create a listing.”Once you have chosen to transfer points, be sure to mention how many points you wish to send somewhere. Interested members can submit their offers after the specifics are included in your listing.

Give your offer an response

When an offer is made, we’ll email you about it. your choices are:

Take up the invitation.
Present alternative pricing in response to the offer.
Turning down the Offer: This will put an end to the procedure.

See your agreement and sign it

If an agreement is reached on the terms, you will receive instructions to view and electronically sign the agreement. Note that the receiving member will submit their payment to the DVC Rental Club.

Points transfer

The points will be transferred appropriately after receipt of confirmation of money.

Tranfer of funds

We’ll proceed to distribute the member’s monies on the day of check-in.
