2. SUBMIT A QUOTE: If you locate an existing reservation that matches your requirements, send your request, and the participant will respond within 24hrs. Prepare for a speedy and effective negotiation!

3. WAIT FOR THE MEMBER TO RESPOND: We’ll keep you up to date every step of the way as the participant responds to your questions, so you’re informed and are able to make informed choices.

4. VIEW AND SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT: After both parties have reached an agreement on the terms of the agreement, you’ll receive clear instructions to view and e-sign your agreement. It’s a simple and secure process that takes you one step closer to a wonderful holiday.

5. MAKE YOUR PAYMENT: After you’ve signed your agreement electronically You’ll then be taken on the page for payment. Choose your preferred payment method and make your payment ease. Your dream vacation is now officially reserved!

How it works for members

We have three ways to turn your unused points into cash:

View and sign your contract

Rent your current Reservation to a different family. If you’ve got time to cancel without penalty then this could be a viable option. Your profile click Create a new listing, select existing reservation. Your listing will populate our Listings page, allowing potential renters to submit an offer.

Wait for a renter to make you an offer

We will send you an email once you have been offered a deal. You have a certain amount of time to reply with one of three options:

You must accept the invitation.
Counter the offer with a different price.
Declining The Offer This will stop that process.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms, you will receive instructions to view and sign electronically your agreement. Note, the renter will pay the DVC Rental Club.

Payment of funds

On check-in day we will release the funds to the member.

Custom request

Our most popular option is to make a Custom Request. Go to our Listings page to make a claim on a request submitted by an entire family and then plan their vacation. Be sure that if the booking is more than 7 years away you have the correct Home Resort.

Respond to the renter

Contact the renter prior to the time limit expires (1 hour). Inform them if you were able to fulfill the renter’s request, or give them what you’re able book, and the price per point you are willing to take.
If you were unable to make a reservation or offer an adequate reservation and you are unable to do so, you may inform that to the renter or let the timer expire to end the claim.

Check out sign your agreement

If you decide to accept the terms, you’ll be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. Be aware that the renter must submit their payment to the DVC Rental Club.

Disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.

Transfer points

A simple option is to transfer a portion (or all) of your point of use to another member.

Your profile’s page makes a listing and then transfer points. Populate with the number of points you’d like to transfer. The members who are interested can submit suggestions.

Respond to Your Offer

We will email when you have received an offer. Your options:

Accept the offer.
Counter the offer with a different price.
Rejecting the Offer conclude this process.

View and sign your agreement

If you decide to accept the terms, then you’ll be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign the agreement. Be aware that the member who signed the agreement will pay the DVC Rental Club.

Transfer of points

After confirmation of the funds received, funds will be transferred.

Dibursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.
