2. SUBMIT A QUOTE: If you spot an already-booked reservation meets your requirements, send your proposal, and the member will contact you with you within 24 hours. Be prepared for a fast and effective negotiation!

3. LET THE MEMBER TO RESPOND: We’ll keep you informed each step of the way when the member responds, making sure you remain in the loop and are able to make informed decisions.

4. VIEW AND SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT: After both parties have reached an agreement on the terms, you’ll be given specific instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. It’s an easy and secure process that takes your one step closer a dream holiday.

5. MAKE YOUR PAYMENT: After you’ve signed your agreement electronically, you’ll be directed on the page for payment. Select the payment method you prefer and make your payment ease. You can book your dream holiday fully booked!

How it work for members

We’ve got three options to convert your points into cash

View and sign your agreement

Rent your existing Reservation to a different family. If you’re able to cancel without penalty it could be an alternative. In your account page choose to Create a new listing, choose Existing Reservation. Your listing will appear on our Listings page to allow potential renters who will make an offer.

Wait for a renter to make you an offer

We will notify you by email if you’ve been offered a deal. You will be given a certain amount of time to reply to the offer using one of three options:

Take the deal.
You can counter the offer by offering an alternative price.
Declining The Offer conclude that process.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms, you’ll be given instructions on how to read and sign electronically your agreement. Be aware that the renter must pay DVC Rental Club.

Disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.

Custom request

The most requested option is to make a Custom Request. Go to our Listings page to make a claim on a request submitted by the family member and reserve their trip. Check if the reservation is more than 7 months from the date that you have the correct Home Resort.

Respond to the renter

Answer the renter’s request before the time limit ends (1 1 hour). Let them know that you were able fulfill the request, or provide the amount you are able to book and the amount of dollars per point you’re willing to take.
If you are unable to reserve a room or make a reservation that is suitable or a suitable reservation, you may communicate this to the renter, or allow the timer to expire on the claim.

Check out and sign your agreement

If you are in agreement with the terms, you’ll be provided with instructions on how to review and sign electronically your agreement. Be aware that the renter must pay DVC Rental Club.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in we’ll pay the member the money.

Transfer points

One alternative is to transfer a portion or even all your points of use to a different member.

In your account page click the option to create a listing. Select transfer points. Fill in the amount of points you’d like to transfer. The members who are interested can make requests.

Respond to your offer

We will notify you when we have been offered a deal. The options are:

Take the deal.
You can counter the offer by offering an alternative price.
Declining The Offer conclude that process.

Review and sign your contract

If you accept the terms, you’ll be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. The member who is receiving the payment is required to pay DVC Rental Club.

Transfer of points

After confirmation of the funds received the point will then be transferred.

Disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in we’ll pay the member the money.

Money Reserved Until Check-In Date: As part of their reservation policy, money will be kept in a separate account until the day of check-in to pay any costs or incidentals the visitor may incur while staying there. Depending on the length of the stay and the kind of lodging, different amounts of money may be retained.
