2. SUBMIT YOUR OFFER: If you spot an existing reservation that meets your requirements, send your proposal, and the member will reply within 24 hours. Prepare yourself for a quick and effective negotiation process!

3. WAIT FOR THE MEMBER TO RESPOND: We’ll update you throughout the process when the member responds to your questions, so you’re informed and make educated decisions.

4. VIEW AND SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT: After both parties have reached an agreement on the terms, you’ll be given specific instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. It’s a straightforward and secure procedure that puts the first step towards your dream holiday.

5. MAKE YOUR PAYMENT: After you’ve signed your agreement electronically, after e-signing your agreement, you’ll be redirected on the page for payment. Select the payment method you prefer and then submit your payment with ease. The dream trip you’ve always wanted is now fully booked!

6. DISBURSEMENT FUND: On the day of check-in, we take care of paying the tenant. This is a smooth transition that guarantees both parties are safe during the rental process.

What it does for members

There are three ways to convert your points that are not being used into cash

Review and sign your agreement

Rent your existing Reservation to a different family. If you are able to cancel without penalty it could be an alternative. In your account page, click the option to create a new listing and then select an existing reservation. Your listing will be added to our Listings page to allow prospective renters to submit an offer.

Wait for a renter to make you an offer

We will contact you when you have been offered a deal. You will have a short amount of time to reply with one of three choices:

Take the deal.
Opt-out of the deal with an alternative price.
Declining The Offer close this process.

Review and sign your agreement

If you accept the terms, you’ll be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. The renter must make their payment to the DVC Rental Club.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.

Custom request

The most requested option is to make a Custom Request. Go to our Listings page to submit a request from an entire family and then make a reservation for their trip. Be sure that if the booking is longer than 7 months away that you have the correct Home Resort.

Respond to the renter

Contact the renter prior to the time limit expires (1 1 hour). Inform them if you were successful in fulfilling the request, or provide the amount you are able to book and the amount of dollars per point you’re willing to pay.

If you weren’t able to make a reservation or offer an appropriate reservation or a suitable reservation, you may communicate this to the renter, or allow the timer to expire on the claim.

Review and sign your contract

If you accept the terms, you’ll be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. The renter must make their payment to the DVC Rental Club.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.

Transfer points

A simple option is to transfer a portion (or all) of your current usage year points to a different member.

In your account page, click to create a listing, then select transfer points. Select the number of points you would like to transfer out. Members who are interested will submit proposals.

Respond to your offer

We will notify you when we have been offered a deal. You have a choice:

Take the deal.
Opt-out of the deal with an alternative price.
Declining The Offer close this process.

Review and sign your agreement

If you accept the terms, you’ll be given instructions on how to read and electronically sign your agreement. The member who is receiving the payment will make their payment to DVC Rental Club

Transfer of points

After confirmation of the funds received the point will then be transferred.

The disbursement of funds

On the day of check-in, we will transfer the funds to the member.
