How members can use It

You have the option of renting it out to another family if you have a reservation that you can cancel without incurring any penalties. Go to your profile page and create a new listing to accomplish this. Your offer will be displayed on our Listings page for prospective renters to make an offer if you select “Existing Reservation” as the listing type.

Wait for a renter to make an offer for you

When you receive an offer, you will be notified via email. You only have a short amount of time to respond with one of the following:

Acknowledge the deal.
Counter the proposal with an alternate cost.
Turn down the offer and call it quits.
